The Clinical Observations of 20 Cases of Bezoars

Abstract
|
|
|
20 cases of bezoars which were mainly phytobezoars and induced gastro-intestinal obstructions were reported in this paper.
The significance of age distribution and seasonal factor in the determination of preoperative diagnostic criteria was emphasized. In addition the significance of multiplicity of hezoars in the same patient was also emphasize especially in the vievopoint of surgical treatment.
